DO YOU SHIP ALL OVER INDIA?

Yes, we ship across the country, where the minimum amount for shipping for an order is Rs 500.

DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY?

Yes, we offer cash on delivery across the country only for select areas as long as your order value fall above Rs 1000. Otherwise, will be required to either make a bank transfer or pay through a debit/credit card or Net banking/UPI.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE SHIPPED?

 Fab by Ritika’s offers free shipping across India. All COD orders carry a minimal charge of Rs 99.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IN CASE OF A DAMAGED PRODUCT?

Our team conducts a proper quality check for all products before shipping & delivery. However, if you happen to receive a damaged product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph and 360° parcel opening video attached as proof and email us on Email address  or WhatsApp on +91 9910148134, and we will be happy to help you navigate the situation.

IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

For sure! All you do is notify our team within 24 hours of placing the order, because once an order is shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are situated in Ghaziabad (UP.) with corporate offices.

WHERE IS MY ORDER? WHY HASN’T IT REACHED ME YET WHEN I ORDERED IT MORE THAN 5 DAYS AGO?

All orders require about 3-4 days of processing in house before they are shipped. Once shipped, you will be notified and provided with an Order Tracking link as well as an individual AWB number that you have to punch in to access your exact order status and detail.
